Music moves. Rights remain.

APR is built to give music more reach without turning radio into downloads, bot traffic or artificial demand. Our standard is simple: real programming, real listeners, transparent signals and respect for every layer of music rights.

One station. One receiver.

APR's continuous station signal travels through Icecast to every listener. The native app receives that signal; it does not request individual tracks.

One station signal. One native receiver.

The APR app is a first-party receiver for APR's continuous radio service. It receives the same programmed station signal as other listeners through APR's Icecast distribution — not individual tracks on demand.

Native audio boundary

The app plays APR — not Spotify audio.

Appen spelar APR – inte Spotify-ljud.

This describes the app's technical boundary. It does not remove any licence, reporting or remuneration obligation that may apply to APR's radio transmission.

APR broadcast

APR controls the editorial sequence and produces one continuous station output with broadcast processing, original jingles, editorial stories and now-playing information.

Native audio boundary

The app plays APR — not Spotify audio. The native player does not authenticate with Spotify or request audio from Spotify. It connects to APR's Icecast signal. Music references, artwork and outbound links are separate from the app's audio transport.

No track control

A listener cannot select, seek within, replay, extract or download an individual recording through APR. Play and pause control the station signal, not a particular track.

External references

Titles, artwork and links may identify music on external services. Those references do not turn the APR app into an audio playback client for those services.

What APR actually does.

AI Playlist combines human curation, a continuous radio signal, listener reactions and verifiable Proof of Airplay. It is a discovery layer around music — not a file locker, download service or artificial streaming operation.

LINEAR SIGNAL

Join what is playing now.

The listener joins a continuous, programmed radio signal. Tracks are not offered as selectable, skippable, on-demand files.

NO MUSIC UPLOADS

Links and metadata — never audio files.

Artists pitch public track references and written context. APR does not ask artists to upload masters and does not offer music downloads, extraction or archival copies.

REAL ATTENTION

Human reactions, not manufactured activity.

APR does not sell fake listening, bot traffic or automated reactions. Listener activity is used to improve discovery and editorial understanding, not to manufacture platform metrics.

ATTRIBUTION

Every signal points back to the music.

Now-playing information, artist names, playlist provenance and direct music links help listeners find the track, artist and curated context behind each play.

Clear boundaries make a better product.

The simplest way to understand APR is to separate discovery infrastructure from the rights and services that surround it.

APR is

  • A human-curated AI music discovery network
  • A continuously programmed radio experience
  • A pitch and professional-feedback service
  • A source of APR-observed airplay and listener data

APR is not

  • A file-upload, extraction or download service
  • A seller of streams, likes or playlist outcomes
  • A copyright registry or ownership tribunal
  • A public claims desk or dispute-resolution agency

Our rights position.

A song can involve separate rights in composition, lyrics, recording and performance, and the applicable requirements may vary by territory. APR does not claim ownership of the music it helps listeners discover.

Our position is that every creator, performer, recording owner and other entitled party must receive the rights, attribution and remuneration due under applicable law and agreements.

The signal creates reach. It does not erase rights.
Applicable rights

Required licences, reporting and remuneration obligations must be identified and handled for the relevant use, service model and territories.

Linear radio position

APR's programmed output is a simultaneous web-radio transmission, not a service where listeners choose which recording starts and when. That distinction defines the licensing and remuneration analysis; it does not remove applicable obligations.

Broadcast production

Level processing, compression, APR's own station jingles and editorial talk form part of APR's produced broadcast signal. They do not claim or transfer rights in the underlying composition or recording.

No transfer of ownership

Submitting a pitch, appearing in a playlist or being played on the radio does not transfer the artist’s or rights-holder’s ownership to APR.

No public claim desk

APR documents its own signal and operating terms. It does not accept competing ownership registrations or act as a copyright court, collecting society or public dispute-resolution agency.

Proof of Airplay proves the signal — not ownership.

APR Signal Ledger turns radio events and listener reactions into timestamped, cryptographically verifiable snapshots. The ledger is evidence of what APR observed; it is not a copyright registry, collecting-society report or ruling on ownership.

PUBLIC PROOF

What becomes verifiable.

Track identity, playlist provenance, observed radio plays, listener likes, batch time and verification hashes can be included in a sealed snapshot.

PRIVACY BOUNDARY

What never belongs in public proof.

Email addresses, pitch texts, payment details, raw IP addresses and private contact information are excluded from public ledger proofs.

Submissions, purchases and privacy.

The shortest useful version of the terms is below. Information shown at checkout, in the order confirmation and in a specific submission flow forms part of the applicable agreement.

Free Pitch

A submission creates an editorial application, not a promise of placement, airplay, timing or feedback. The submitter must be authorised to share the supplied information.

Super Pitch

The paid service purchases a defined human review, scorecard, written feedback and response target shown at checkout. It includes a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee: a customer who is unhappy with the delivered review can contact APR within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund of the Super Pitch fee. The guarantee covers the review service, never placement, airplay or another editorial outcome. Price, currency and taxes are presented before payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Pitch information

When the separate consent is given and a submission is approved, factual parts of the artist’s pitch may be converted into short radio facts. Full pitch text and contact data are never published.

Personal data

APR processes data needed to operate the radio, secure the service, handle submissions and purchases, measure performance and answer requests. Access is limited and data is retained only as long as operational, contractual, accounting, security or legal needs require.

Analytics

APR uses Google Analytics 4 across its pages and subdomains to understand traffic, navigation and conversion. APR strips checkout tokens, wallet addresses, email addresses, search text, claim evidence and other customer details before sending page and event data. Analytics event data is configured for a 14-month retention period.

Your data rights

Where applicable, a person can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Identity may need to be verified before private data is disclosed or changed.

Availability and external services

APR works for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted access. External music, payment, connectivity, social and blockchain services remain subject to their own availability and terms.

A deliberate boundary

APR is not a public claims agency.

This site explains the service and its operating terms. It does not run an ownership-claim portal, accept competing title registrations or adjudicate copyright disputes. Service, purchase and privacy communication follows the support route supplied in the relevant submission, checkout or confirmation.

Authoritative reference points.

APR’s policies are informed by the organisations and public rules relevant to music use, consumer purchases and personal data in Sweden and the European Union.
